Our business uses an out-of-warranty physical server that is in need of replacing.  Rather than replacing this server with a brand new expensive physical server I would rather use a dedicated cloud server.  How does this work?

We can help migrate your existing server to a cloud storage server.  Personal home directories and team shared network folders are perfectly suited to be migrated to a dedicated cloud storage server.  Using cloud synchronization client software on each individual computer ensures staff have access to their data anytime anywhere.  The sharing feature allows users to share data with colleagues.  DHCP and DNS roles can be performed by other devices in your network i.e. your internet modem/router.  Domain based user authentication may require a server still, but this can be a small and simple device.  Alternatively you can consider a model where each user is assigned a dedicated computer to work on at all times.  This will greatly simplify the overhead and administration as you no longer require a business critical physical server in your office.
